We have a great opportunity, at our Takapau site, for a person who has strong analytical and financial reporting skills. The role, reporting to the Plant Manager, is essential in ensuring quality & timely information is available to site management, to support decision-making in the areas of productivity and operational effectiveness.
The successful applicant will possess the following skills:

• Ability to work as part of a team
The Production Analyst will be responsible for providing regular financial and KPI analysis reports that contain variance analysis and trending data, to ensure that operating and strategic targets are being achieved. Performance indicators will include Health and Safety, Yields, Costs, Quality Compliance, Purchasing & Inventory and payroll. Further duties may involve drafting Capital Expenditure approvals and preparing accurate and informative feasibility studies for various projects, including ROI analysis.
